About Reza Sagha, M.D.
Founder
For the last decade, Dr. Hamid Reza Sagha has conducted extensive research and studies about brain function, memory impairment and neurodegenerative disease. Research included causation versus correlation between lifestyle and memory—how the body and brain stimulate and optimize different system biology, and how those changes can slow down and even reverse cognition and memory impairment. Dr. Sagha has intensely studied different cultural and health approaches to holistic medicine including traditional Persian medicine, Chinese medicine and Ayurvedic medicine. He’s found a common ground with other alternative therapy providers including chiropractic, integrative and naturopathic, and how they collide with scientific allopathic medicine. Through his experience, he’s found that we can use all information and map it out based on functional medicine and system biology. He has decreased the gap between researchers, scientific data, clinical practice and the standard of care. He wants to use his expertise to educate others about how to optimize and improve memory.
Dr. Sagha established Interact Well Care, LLC as a memory improvement center to increase public awareness about the neurodegenerative disease umbrella and memory impairment. In his book, “Dementia Action Plan,” he seeks to avoid the complexity of the subject—making it easy to understand, impactful and empowering the general public to take simple steps to establish their own path to enhance and improve memory.
